            Delegate Skinner moves to amend the bill on page 6, section 13c, line 38, by striking out the word “and’;

            On page 6, section 13c, line 39, by striking out the period and inserting a semi-colon and the following:

            “And,

            (4) A defendant whose conduct is a proximate cause of the damages suffered by the plaintiff who is under the age of fourteen.”
